*The May 1982 SSILA Newsletter lists Mary Marino as the contact for this conference, namely, in connection to its proceedings through Na’pao. It is unclear if she was the sole organizer of this conference, or if she is listed because she is the one who edited this volume. It is also unclear of whether there was a hosting institution for this conference, or whether the conference took place at a hotel, similar to SCLC 3.

**This program reflects what was posted by Ardis Eschenberg (https://web.archive.org/web/20031001051220/http://wings.buffalo.edu/linguistics/ssila/SACCweb/SACC2.htm). Given the duration of the conference, I suspect that there were more talks than the ones listed above. The talks above largely seem to derive from the published papers in the special issue of Na’pao that was dedicated to the proceedings of this conference. Any attendees who have insight into this program are invited to reach out to clarify the program above.

***This institution since has been renamed Oglala Lakota College, changing its nomenclature in 1983. It was known as Oglala Sioux Community College from 1978 to 1983, and before that, it was the Lakota Higher Education Center from its inception in 1971 to 1978.
